Martin envisions a global response to the global problem of HIV/AIDS. He seeks to bring together politicians, community leaders, educators, entertainment personalities, faith-based organizations, parents and teenagers together in a highly visible 30-day campaign that would run for seven consecutive years championing the value of abstinence before marriage and faithfulness within marriage.

This campaign would be spotlighted by a designated Global AIDS Prevention Day that visibly celebrates abstinence and marriage as proven protection in the fight against HIV/AIDS.
